Trinity motherboard won't power on.

Hey guys, I have a trinity motherboard Xbox 360 slim, that won't power up fully. When I press the power button, it beeps, turns green and tries to start fan, then shuts off. No red led, or anything, just beep, green, off. Not the psu, as I have tried a few. It isn't any prifrial device such as hdd or disc drive, as I have the board striped down and out of all casing....same results. I'm assuming blown cap or MOSFET, but not sure how to test or where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if this isn't the correct place to ask, please redirect me as I'm new to the forums here, 🙂
