That is the real key line. Only you can know you are the one. No one can be told. It's not until the end of the first movie does he really start believing that he is the one. That is how he can see in code, come back from the dead, beat agents, fly, etc.


What the next movie really holds is if the "real world" really is real or just another layer of the matrix.

Neo is the One, if for no other reason than the Wachowski brothers aren't as smart as some people give them credit for. I mean, c'mon, have you seen Assasins?

Assasins is very controversial in it's writing and directing credits; they aren't as responsible for that film as represented.
I have however seen 'Bound', which was great.
Some of the best cinematography I've ever seen, right up there with Face/Off

Actually, I just read the whole thing, and it is brilliant. Mind bogglingly brilliant.

I think it has a lot to do with that guy who Neo met in the second Matrix, who is in that room filled with TV screens.

If you watch the first Matrix there is a split second frame where they show someone watching everything through a TV screen. Its quite brief so you have to be looking for it.

To be honest I havent watched it in awhile, but I know when you see it, you can see Neo through the TV screen. Go through the scenes.

the scene with the cameras in the first film has nothing to do with the architect


the Oracle told Neo what he needed to hear so that he would save Morpheus, and in doing so, he realized his abilities and that he was in fact the one.

Zion is in the real world, not part of another Matrix..the W brothers have said this much already. The guy on that web site that is linked in this thread simply made up his version of part 3 by watching the early trailer for the 3rd film - he has no inside source or life apparently, but it is all speculation on his part.
