I HIGHLY recommend this game. I bought it during the last sale figuring it would be a simple time waster and ended up playing every chance I had. Great visuals, great sounds, decent story, etc.

The thief is the best. ;)

God I hate PayPal sometimes...

Anyway, good deal, but I can't do it.

Bought it the last time it was on sale and just started playing it a few days ago. So far so good and definitely worth the $5.

I picked it up during the last sale for $5, it worth for $5.
Just have another question. What kind of controller you use to play this game.
I have tried to use both keyboard and joystick, and I thought keyboard was more suitable for playing this game.

I bought it the last time it was $5, and it was rather fun. You don't need a controller like others said in the previous thread, and it would actually be more difficult with one (mouse control seems far more precise). I will try downloading it again, to get the new level when I get home.

I'm about half way through and I've been using mouse/keyboard with no problems.

It's a miserable 5 dollars. A meal at McDonalds costs more. I bought it plus the Deus Ex bundle.

Three games for 10 dollars.

So I should go without a meal to play this game?
That's not a point at all.
It's extra money on top of what you already have.
It's cheap, granted, but that's a horribly stupid point, if it is even a point at all.

Who is this guy? Get over it.

Seriously, if $5 is too much for you, tell your mom to raise your allowance.

You make no sense. The people who have played the game seem to estimate that its value exceeds the $5 being charged, comparing the expense to that of an inexpensive fast food meal that would probably be less rewarding. It's not a matter of giving up the hypothetical meal, but comparing price and value to give context. How is this so hard?

"It's extra money on top of what you already have"? What does that mean? It's called disposable income, and people use it on entertainment items. If you're arguing you can't afford to spend $5 on a game and would have to give up a meal to do it, then I wonder what you're doing wasting time on an Internet forum when you should be looking for a job. And for that matter, why even post this deal?

Do I care what someone else values something at? No. It's a matter of saying it's equivalent to something you would pay for anyways, in which fact I (and plenty of others) wouldn't either, therefore being a stupid point to even try and make. I posted the deal so other people could take advantage. I'm not going to spend $0.01 when I'm tight on money and something could pop up the next day. You want to throw your money away carelessly, feel free.

Tristicus - you must be the life of the party. Are you always so easily offended?

(it cost me 1 cent in power to post this...I'm logging off now)

Is this a joke? I don't think I get it. You're poor, don't buy games even if they're cheap, and maybe don't even eat, yet here you are in the PC Gaming forum on a tech enthusiast site posting a deal and then speaking with derision about the people who would take advantage of it. Is this some weird meta-self-troll or something? Is this AT's version of interpretive dance?

Wow, congratulations, you're tight on money. So, shut up because no one cares.

You posted a good deal on something, and you get offended because someone mentions that its cheap? Ok dude, maybe there should be better things to do with your time.
