The magic pills concept just doesnt work... look up the active ingredients... do a little research on each one, and you'll see that it's really ineffectual. Primarily caffeine and aspirin. You'd lose weight faster just by cutting a couple hundred calories from your diet each day.... or just doing a 20 minute walk. If your expecting really good results... follow what everyone else is doing... low-carb.
It really works... I lost 50lbs... and you dont have to go Atkins crazy or even South Beach crazy... low carb is common sense... High-carb foods are bad... pastas, breads, candy, cookies, potatoes.... dont eat them... eat as much as you want of almost everything else.... and cut out fruit except in limited quantities on weekends. And voila... the weight will come off like magic. That and be active...
