TRIM and RAID with SSDs

What's the current situation on TRIM when SSDs are used in a RAID 0 array? I'm thinking about possibly getting another Kingston SSDNow V 40GB (flashed w/Intel X-25V firmware) to get an 80GB RAID 0 array.

Looking at this post, it seems like there is TRIM support for RAID?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this. I'm looking to add a second SSD to build a RAID 0 array.

It's old news but those drivers do pass the TRIM command along to drives NOT in a RAID array. So, although the controller is in RAID mode, it will only pass the TRIM command to non-RAID member disks.

regardless of some others misinterpretations(Intel changed the wording now), post#2 summed it up best.

edit: post #5 summed it up best. Awww.. hell, with all this?.. I could a just typed that out by now. LOL
