I am looking for someone who can point out where exactly I need to edit in the skins directory to change the color of the IM window title(has the group name) and also the text of the tab with the persons name you are editing in it.

I have a few skins that have a color here that makes black text hard to read. I have tried looking through the colors.ini file and such but haven't had any luck with my changes there.
