Question Trillian Messenger problem

Hello, I am trying to add someone on trillian messenger I click on contacts and then add contact and then I put the person's trillian addy under user name and then display name that I want it to show as under display name and then I hit add and it is not adding them to my trillian messenger and I was just wondering if anyone knows what the problem is?

Missing Name/Nickname:

or placeholder name like "noname". This is temporary and can be easily changed within the app.
