Can't wait. I was an avid user of trillian before I moved over into macland. Hopefully it'll be up soon.

it will if it stops new messages from popping up all the time! altho i admit adium will be hard to beat. i stopped using trillian on the pc in favor of gaim because it became a bit bloated.

MovingTarget, have you tried Adium? It is many times better than Trillian IMO, and apparently others as well. Adium is the client to beat on OS X.

I could never get Adium to show iTunes music on MSN clients; it was annoying.

Downloaded and installed adium. Pretty impressive, although I could not get my google talk account up and running. There dont' seem to be any clear instructions as to how to set that up. It would always fail when attempting to log in. I'll probably get it after a while. For now though, I'll try it out and see if I continue to like the program.

Adium Preferences -> Accounts -> + -> GoogleTalk and put in your info

Bah! Looks like I just had the wrong password. D'oh! Thanks for the help though. Seems to be working pretty well.

Yea, Adium is where it is at on OS X. The only thing that it is lacking is video chat support.

Trillian is awesome for Windows.

Adium X has a BIG head start on Trillian. It would probably be the next best thing next to Adium X though on a Mac, say vs. iChat or something.

Adium X, I wish they had that for Windows.
