I'm torn these days.

On one side of the spectrum, where I thought I had allegiance we have the Liberals which are nothing but non gendered based pussies these days.

And on the other side, we have the GOP being a bunch of cunts, but at least these cunts have balls.

I don't know where stand these days...should I pledge allegiance to a bunch of pussies, or a join a bunch of cunts so I can feel like a winner again?

Help me ATOT, your my only hope.

Sorry for bringing OT level posting to P&N, folks. Have at it!

Stand for the people, and not Wall Street. Once you have a solid footing, the next steps become easier.

PS, "winning" may not be what you think it is.

Why does it have to be one of those two? If both parties are horrid (and in most ways they are), don't BE either one.

This is equivocation, though.

There's the political status quo, with lobbying, favors for favors and all... and then there's Trump and the Republicans.

You know what the Democrats wouldn't have done? They wouldn't be trying to take health care from millions of people (but only the lower-income ones, of course). They wouldn't be rolling back regulations that were designed to prevent financial collapses or, in some cases, save lives. They wouldn't be telling patently obvious lies and then getting angry when the press tells the truth. They wouldn't appoint department heads who are there primarily to destroy the institutions they're supposed to be serving. They wouldn't try to implement unconstitutional immigration bans or remove civil rights protections for LGBT people.

The American two-party system sucks, but you know what sucks more? People who will knowingly risk getting a terrible President and Congress (like what we have now) simply because they feel compelled to buck the system. Idealism is great, but here in the real world, we vote Democrat when the Republican option is a nightmare.
