But AR's are evil assault rifles only used for mass murder. And 30 round magazines!?!?! The horror, they are just devices of death and have no place in the hands of citizens.

Oh, wait. This dude used them legally to defend his property. This is why large capacity magazines need to be available. Multiple assailant robberies/home invasions are very common these days.

There should be a law against sleeping in your business. In this case it would have saved a man's life, the only harm that would have been done would be a police report for robbery and an insurance claim.

The shop owner deserves a punch in the nuts. He let two of them live.

The store owner should be charged for failure to properly kick ass with an assault rifle. No reason at all the other two shouldn't have died between 21 bullets.

Next at 5: In local news a man on a rampage for vigilante justice used a high powered military style rifle with a high capacity magazine to gun down innocent civillians. We spoke to state senator sucksonabigdick an he is pressing forward with a bill to disarm such violent and dangerous people saying "there is no place in a free country for such violence. we have the quickest law enforcement response time in the nation at just under 8 minutes. we want to encourage our citiens to dial 911 in the case of emergencies and prevent such unnessesary deaths". more at 11

nice,
the survivors will be charged with murder for the death of their buddy (assuming the state has that law) and should be put away forvever based on their history, just too bad all 3 didnt die, would be cheaper

they would if they were in Oklahoma. Good for the store-owner, 3 crooks off the street.

guy needs practice if he couldn't get 3 kills with 30 rounds.

startled possibly in the dark by three guys with guns with malice intent and worrying about his wife's safety? i'm sure you're a trained special forces guy that could have done it in two rounds, congrats....

Just heard no charges will be brought.

Also pretty sure that state will charge the two survivors with murder.

Going to assume you're trolling, or else I'd tell you how stupid this comment is, and how much of a stupid twat it makes you look like. STFU.

Somebody post the gif of the guy robbing the gas station but he fumbles his gun and the owner ends up picking it up. That's the best one.

The sheriff's office is consulting with the solicitor's office. All of the weapons stolen from the store have been recovered, he said, but he would not say whether the men were armed when they allegedly broke into the business.

As if that matters, they're pretty much armed once they broke into a god damn gunstore.

And "allegedly"? really? f'kin lawyers!!!
