Tried everything, USB drives/Flash not detected!

Hey guys, I've tried a few things i found while googling,

only other thing i can think of is a fresh install of win7

I have a number of drives(flash and HD), all of which are not detected by win 7.

i'm using 64bit and yes i've checked disk manager

any ideas?
 
More information needed.

Is this a new build, an old build that's just started having problems, any new upgrades, etc.
