Grudge was good but the plot was barely hanging on by a thread. I'd say this is a kind of movie that thrives on momentary SURPRISES not on intellectual mind jobs.. (ie. The Mothman Prophesies, What Lies Beneath, etc...)
The above mentioned movies actually scared the sh|t out of me from going to sleep. Grudge & Ring didn't although I throughly enjoyed it during viewing.
