In a sports car, it just seems like you would end up with unusable torque at lower speeds and a lack of pull at higher speeds. 550/550 would trounce a car with 400/700, methinks.

Audi's R10 was competitive because they spent more money on than any other race car and it was still overweight.

So this car may be fast in a straight line, but I don't know about anything else, I can't imagine it will be lightweight.
