Tricky problem! How to uninstall IE6 completely?

Hi, my current version of IE6 is messed up and I want to uninstall and reinstall.

I know that MS has made IE an integral part of the win98 OS, however, there must be a way to uninstall it entirely right?

If anyone can share me with some insights on how to accomplish this, I thank you sincerely!
 
If you can figure out how, a certain Federal Judge, nine States, and Microsoft, would be very interested in hearing about it 😀
