As I recall (It's been a while and I didn't really pay attention anyway so don't pick this apart) there's something with the nForce's memory controller that causes it to corrupt information erratically when it breaks quickly (low tRAS). Hence tRAS 11 yielding higher scores.
I think it was BIOS correctable as well, kinda like the old VIA bug with SB Live's. Oh well, no one cranks out perfect motherboard chipsets, not even the mightly nVidia.
