I grew up watching Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood (and Sesame Street, and The Electric Company, and ZOOM).

I have nothing bad to say about him. I'll never forget Daniel Striped Tiger (you have to pronounce striped "stripe-ed".

This may be a wild rumor but a friend of mine told me that Mr. Rodgers was a sniper with 9 confirmed kills. He heard this from his Army recruiter so I don't really believe this cause those guys will say anything. Does anyone know if it's true or not?

I like how Mr. Rogers had a live jazz combo that played the music every time. On one of his episodes he did a "behind the scenes" and showed them--they were jamming away... it was pretty cool.
