Tribes 2 and Radeon 9800

When i try to play tribes 2 the screen is just black and kinda flicker unless i move my mouse around then i can kind of see the menu screens and such. once i actually find the button to launce the game it works but i cant even read what missions are or options and stuff. anyone else have this problem? i got the newest tribes 2 patch but it still does it. using omega 3.6 drivers

ahhh i seemed to have fixed it. i changed it from open gl to direct 3d and i can see everything now.

I had the same problem, i think d3d fixed it for me also. I also have a 9800 so maybe it is an issue with it.

i'm having the same problem with the 9700 pro how do i change it to d3d???
