TRI SLI Motherboard

have an asus p8z77 ws here with 680 tri sli and gpu #2 is throttling due to exceeding 70C (inside a lian li 7h case). not ready to do a gpu bios hack yet - so looking at other alternatives.

is there a z77 trisli motherboard with pcie
slot 1
slot 4 (this is the rare find)
slot 7
so there is one free space between air cooled sandwiched gpu?

asus z77 max v ext does has that 4th slot however it is useless in such trisli configuration. so does any other manufacturer make a motherboard with such configuration?

If you go X79 there is always this one, which looks like it has the required spacing -

I see that they make a z87 board too with the same spacing for the cards, but that wont work with your 1155 CPU. Not sure if it runs into the same limitations as the x77 max V though in regards to slot 4.
