I just bought a couple of the Antec Tri~Color Fans from this thread for $7.81 ea shipped.

How much is the shipping on these? Also are these comparable to the Antecs?

this fan suspiciously looks like a rebadged antec case fan.... plus its more expensive here... get it at buy.com for $7.81 with free shipping... xoxide is getting desperate...

Shipping at xoxide is nearly $7 ... what a rip-off

3 fans shipped is $18.13 and from buy.com it would be $23.43. That means you save $5.30. Just a note, these are tri-led and the ones at buy.com are quad-led. If you really want to look closely at buy.com you get 12 leds in 3 fans for $23.43 which is $1.95 per led and xoxide is 9 leds in 3 fans for $18.13 which is $2.01 per led fo you could be saving $.06 per led if you count it that way.

<rant> the sound activated light i got from them with the x300 case is broken after 1 week for no reason. I emailed them 4 times and they still haven't replied. I am in the west coast and have school during their working hour, so I don't have the time to call them. The 15 days warranty is ending tuesday, I'll be pissed if they don't replace my cold cathode kit. And I was thinking this is a good company, BLAH. And I definitely the shipping cost is way too insane for the x-hour deal to be hot. SVC has a USPS option, but the cheapest for xoxide is UPS ground, which takes ages for the UPS truck to come to the west coast.</rant>

Wrong my friend ... the one at xoxide is 3 leds and the one at buy.com is also 3 leds thats why its so suspicous.... plus who buys 3 of these.... I only want one or two.... most case modders already have a cold cathode or neon so more than 2 is just overkill

ok...bad news...i purchased 3 of the blue led GENERIC trilight fans from xoxide's x hour deal a few weeks back...
and now all three of them have cracks on them on at least one of the fan blades and a couple even have the crack extended to the middle of the fans...argh...i sent back one already...i am going to send the other two back as soon as i get settle with them...
these are no way ANTEC rebadged...cause the ANTEC trilight i got well over a month ago still in perfect condition. :|
anyone has the same problem as me?
