(the pics at Wikipedia are awesome btw)

Under what topic? Scientology I'm assuming.

Sorry -
Xenu

The renditions of the Xenu character and one of the "spaceships" he used to transport people to Earth are pretty hillarious given their context.

Yeah, this snippet pretty much explains everything you need to know about how Hubbard came up with Scientology...
His assistant at the time, Virginia Downsborough, said that he "was existing almost totally on a diet of drugs."

Stone responded: "In 10 years and over 150 episodes of South Park, Isaac never had a problem with the show making fun of Christians, Muslim, Mormons or Jews. He got a sudden case of religious sensitivity when it was his religion featured on the show."

Naturally.

It will be interesting to see what the first episode of the new season will be like. Hayes quit far enough in advance that Stone & Parker could do a whole show from scratch, so they may have a rebuttal episode as soon as Wednesday.:D

I'm curious to see their response as well. They're going to have to get rid of Chef somehow won't they?

I was thinking that they'll build it up like its going to be some big thing, and then they'll either kill Chef right at the beginning of the episode and then not mention him at all after that, or else the opposite (not mention him at all during the episode and then he gets killed right at the end).

haha, i would go like half way through the episode and all of a sudden cut to a blurb of chef dying somehow, make it only like 3 seconds long, and then go right back to where they left off. would be hilarious.

or go all the way through without mentioning him and then at the last few seconds of th eshow kill him off and cut right to the credits

The space planes were exact copies of Douglas DC-8s, "except the DC-8 had fans, propellers on it and the space plane didn't." DC-8s have jet engines, not propellers, although Hubbard may have meant the turbine fans.

Douglas, you foul betrayer of the human race!

Good thing they have wings and tails, I mean, I'd hate to be lacking in control surfaces if I ran into any SPACE ATMOSPHERE.

Yeah, it's almost as crazy as virgin births and resurrections. There are a lot of nuts out there.

:D

Also just saw this. Not sure if it is true or not?
Isaac Hayes did not quit "South Park."

Doesn't sound very credible..

Am I the only one who thinks Xenu looks like Mr. Clean dressed like a pirate?
