Trespassing

Can you be arrested for trespassing if a store is unlocked, has no open/close sign and you walk in before it opens? Hours where listed but not on the door and hardly visable from the doorway.

Some security guard was being a dick about it today, I wlked in, realized it was closed so I asked the employee when they opened, wlked out and then the security guard started giving me crap.

i would tell the owner of the store that his security guard is unreasonable.

I was thinking about it, but then if the owner is equally ignorant and unreasonable couldnt he then decide to press charges?

what a prick. that could happen to anyone. frickin rent-a-cop

I resent the rent-a-cop comment. I am a security guard at a hospital. I love it. Very easy, pay is decent for the area.
