What are the 'must have' programs to add to a Treo 650? Preferably freeware.

Anything free that allows mp3 ringtones?

PDF readers are pretty popular. Also see if there is anything to read docs and xls. I cant believe your super high-tech phone cant use mp3's as ringtones.
Many free Nokia phones can do that now.
Can that thing do thumbnails? If not, ACDSee has both PocketPC and Palm programs for image viewing and manipulation.
