Trekstor Vibez woes

I got a Trekstor Vibez 8gb for Christmas and having trouble getting it to work. The company is German, so there isn't a support line I can call. It says to plug it into your pc with USB and Windows should recognize it. I have XP home SP2, fully updated. When I plug it up it says it found STMP3600 but it then goes to the new hardware wizard and it can't find the drivers. You should be able to plug it up and sync it in Media player 10, but since there's no drivers, media player doesn't find it. I searched for drivers on the web to no avail. It came with a cd with drivers for 98, but those don't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
