TreadMill Needed

Can anyone recommend a nice treadmill for under $500 ?? this will be for my parents

i have a nordictrack treadmill but it was close to 1k. I wouldn't skimp on a treadmill though. My cousin bought a very cheap one and that sucker bounces when you run on it. Looks like its going to break or snap after a few miles of hard jogging. I wouldn't run on that one.
