My parents recently got a treadmill from a neighbor who never used it. They gave the treadmill to me (because I need it
). It's a DP Roadmaster 9020WM (can't really find anything about it on Google, probably a cheap Wal-Mart treadmill)
Anyway, when walking or running on it, the belt slips. Like you step on it and the belt stops moving, but the motor is still going. It only happens occasionally, but really ruins the functionality of the machine.
Can this be fixed? How? I'm going to go open it up and clean it tonight, but if anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears!
Thanks
