Trump has broken innumerable US laws creating his new administration of thugs and dimwits.
His kids, sitting in security meetings and serving within his administration, attending high level meetings, while also running the Trump businesses.

And the accountability?
Yeah.... don't count on any of THAT coming from this republican controlled congress.

If all this, or even half of what Trump has been pulling off had been pulled off by Clinton (either Clinton), this republican congress would have gone hog wild creating committee after committee to investigate.
Hell, they already have.
But for Donald Trump?
No way Jose....
No republican in congress is going to screw up this good thing they now have going, regardless of what law(s) Donald Trump breaks, will break, might break, appears to have broken.
And including outrage from the public concerning inappropriate behavior between Trump and his kids.

When it comes to republicans and addressing that corruption, OH THE HYPOCRISY.
I still can not believe that none, not a single one of the news outlets care to investigate exactly how it was that Trump chose the wife of Mitch McConnell for a Trump cabinet post?
Could this indeed have been that old pay for play scheme?
With Mitch agreeing to support Trump if Trump would appoint wife Chao McConnell to a high cabinet post?
Surely no pay for play scandal THERE.... RiGhT? ;)

And this Trump corruption of such mass proportion only the tip of the iceberg.
We haven't yet addressed the coming Vladimir Putin sleepover in the Lincoln bedroom.
Or the leaders of the KKK to be given a major role constructing Trump immigration policy including administration policy concerning the inner cities.
Or the secret plan in the works for Trump to grant Wikileaks Julian Assange a "full and absolute" pardon.
Pending approval from Vladimir Putin, naturally.

All the democrats can do is to tread water.
Democrats have no power what so ever to hold Trump or any of Trump's thugs accountable.
Democrats in congress can propose bill after bill, propose legislation after legislation to hold Trump accountable and it will go anywhere.
Every attempt by democrats to hold Trump and his administration accountable will be DOA in the eyes and ears of this or future republican controlled congress.

The concern for every American should be, what kind of America will emerge from four years of Donald Trump? God forbid eight years.
And ever again should any democrat be elected to the presidency, republicans controlling the congress, after have given Trump a pass on breaking every single US law, republicans controlling the congress will once again hold that new democrat president accountable to the very same laws they allowed Trump to break.

Meanwhile, the democrats in congress tread water....

They could tread water if the Republicans weren't standing on their heads.
You know if you get one of those little clickers like umpires use to keep track of balls and strikes you could probably count the times President-elect Trump broke US laws nominating his new administration. How about just naming a couple of US laws he's broken just by being the President-elect.
Wasn't it Bill Clinton that used to rent out the Lincoln bedroom, or was that just a place he kept his cigars?

As if you actually cared.

So you can't name one. Got it!

If you are going to make the claim at least name one law that was broken. If we were talking about hiring relatives we could also discuss John Kennedy and Robert Kennedy...

After winning the 1960 presidential election, President-elect John F. Kennedy appointed his younger brother Attorney General.

Legal ? Yes it is and was.

If you are going to flail in an attempt to use history as your crutch, at least get the entire story. Shouldn't you rise above cherry picking to make a point? Oh that's right that's the GOP version of the truth. Its how we got into the Iraq War.

Yeah his brother was AG but...

I really can't disagree with the OP in expressing his frustration.

I won't pin my hopes on the Electoral College, but it sure will make the news if enough of the Tory Traitors defect and become Americans again. [gotta slap them in the face every chance I can get.]

I have greater optimism about Trump's cowering behavior with the intelligence reports -- his failure to meet daily with intelligence briefers (or even read their reports -- his dismissal of the determination of the hack sources, the involvement of Putin in the decision-making.

He's Guilty. You know it from his behavior; you could prove it with the proper court orders, scrutiny of meta-data and content, and finding Deep Throat to spill the beans. It is very likely to unravel.

At minimum, Misprision of a Felony is definitely impeachable and a lot more criminal as a treasonous act than getting a blow job in the oral office. But Misprision of a Felony is passive. If we can prove Trump collaborated and coordinated with the Russians, he's a Traitor to the American People plain and simple.

I have drafted a letter to my congressman to express a desire, just for public notice, that his constituents want public hanging or execution by firing squad restored for certain crimes in the category of High Treason.

And whether it's with -- or without! -- the proper judicial and legislative process, I want the video loop so I can enjoy it.

He is such a disgusting pig of a low-life. He was a disgusting pig 15 years ago, a disgusting pig with his Birther rant, a disgusting pig throughout the campaign. And guess what? While the media and his sycophant Tory Traitor Surrogates like Jeffrey Lord and Kahleigh Smack-a-Ninny tried to convince the clueless that he would change -- He Didn't!

Now he's avoiding press conferences and trying to re-write the rules for regular press briefings. He's cowering in the shadows like the despicable coward and Judas he's always been, because he sees how the unfolding facts may just be his undoing. That's why he's trying to deflect a non-partisan investigatory commission on the Russian hacking.

Trump, the Trumpists, the (Tory-Traitor) T-party, the red-state cornpone clueless -- they've sold out America and made her lower than crocodile piss in a sinkhole.

All bets are off. But if the Truth prevails, the White Trash scum who supported Trump deserve a double-slap in the face.

That's why they used to make public executions a festive event: to teach a lesson people wouldn't forget.

Since the law says it's not legal then the appointment isn't happening. The only way around it is for Trump to challenge the Constitutionality of the law and that's not likely to work.

Well I am not flailing for one I am just asking the question. He was claimed to have broken Laws. I only asked which law(s) specifically were broken.

I also read your link above and I understand that already. That in reference to the Kennedy' it was fine because the AG doesn't work directly under the jurisdiction of the president.

I will restate which laws has Trump broken at this point.

I'll give you a hint.
None.
