Eagerly awaiting HumblePie to explain to us how this wasn't racist and was said in the heat of the moment.
Fuck you. Me not jumping to fucking conclusions and waiting until evidence and testimony is brought out isnt' what you like to hear. I get it. But fuck you for thinking I have made a stance on this case yet at all. I even said I was leaning on the side that racism was involved in their motivations here. I said that pages ago you fuckwit.
Fine, just not putting up with shit from idiots like you who think their funny calling other people racist because they feel like it.r u ok?

Maybe the majority of people in these forums have only one political and idealogical view and anything against that view is seen as moral outrage? I am not of the opposite political view as someone in the middle, but certainly the moment my posts don't jive with what some people want around here they rather hurl insults first instead.Hmmm....maybe your posts in this thread have led people to the conclusion that you're not being honest.
Firstly, I'd like to apologize to @HumblePie because I mistakenly thought it was Perez who called McMichael after identifying Arbery leaving the construction site. In fact, it seems it was one McMichael calling the other and not knowing he had just been at the site and testimony by the GBI that they didn't have a firm ID before pursuit.
Beyond that, if the prosection can actually prove what the GBI testified to, this is malice murder and needs serious consideration as a hate crime.
If what the GBI is claiming here, it certainly seems to be way more than what we've have known as the public. It definitely would be much easier to show felony murder if they can prove the claims Bryan hit Arbery with his truck first and that Travis called him the N word over his body. That, as you said, shows malice. If they do prove that hope they rot in jail.
Bruh, you may not be racist, but you post like a racist.Fine, just not putting up with shit from idiots like you who think their funny calling other people racist because they feel like it.

Yea, it's pretty clear, there goes the "we were not racially motivated here, we just don't like trespassers!" defense.Maybe they prosecutors can add a hate crime to this.
Seems from testimony from William Bryant as to what Travis McMichael said after Ahmoud Aubery
was shot and laying on the ground
Investigator testifies a suspect in the Aubery killing used a racial slur after the shooting

Investigator testifies a suspect in the Aubery killing used a racial slur after the shooting
At a preliminary hearing in the Ahmaud Aubery shooting, Georgia Bureau of Investigation special agent Richard Dial testified that defendant William Bryant told investigators that he heard another defendant, Travis McMichael, use a racial slur after Aubery was shot.news.yahoo.com
It's bleeped out of the text and the video, but watch the 1 minute video and you can read
the lips of special agent Richard Dial. I am not going to write it but its clear what was said.
GA has no hate crime on the books currently.Firstly, I'd like to apologize to @HumblePie because I mistakenly thought it was Perez who called McMichael after identifying Arbery leaving the construction site. Political or ideological viewpoint should not have ever been much of a factor in forming an opinion on this case, there's just no "wiggle" room here. In the Martin case no one actually saw the events and Z did have some evidence of being in a fight, here, none of the evidence can be "fudged" much or at all.Maybe the majority of people in these forums have only one political and idealogical view and anything against that view is seen as moral outrage? I am not of the opposite political view as someone in the middle, but certainly the moment my posts don't jive with what some people want around here they rather hurl insults first instead.
I just heard that on CNN but the Feds can look into that aspect of it being a hate crime.GA has no hate crime on the books currently.
When people talk about how systemic racism doesn't exist does anyone here actually think if the situation were reversed that the cops would have treated Arbery in the same way?Officer bodycam footage released. Does not paint the police arriving on scene in a great light. They basically coddle Travis McMichael, as if he's the victim because of how bad he felt about having "no choice" but to shoot someone.

Like... does a single person think that?
Remember how the racist deniers in this forum commented?Well the police hear certainly are showing a double standard. On the video, they appear to show complete credulity at basically everything the McMichaels are saying. And the coddling is pretty weird. It's like gee, I'm so sorry you had to experience the trauma of having to shoot someone.
He was running.Remember how the racist deniers in this forum commented?
"Well, Arbury MUST have done something" Black = assumption of guilt
“Should we have been chasing him?” Bryan said at one point. “I don’t know.”
Ahmaud Arbery was still alive when police arrived in the minutes after he was fatally shot, but officers did not immediately tend to him and showed little skepticism of the suspects’ accounts on the scene, newly released body camera videos show.
All three will go down for this and go down hard too, fucking A-holes.Officer bodycam footage released. Does not paint the police arriving on scene in a great light.
