Tray vs WOF vs BOX

Just to clarify could someone confirm for me the contents of Tray vs WOF vs BOX

As I understand it:
Tray = CPU only
WOF = Heatsink + CPU
BOX = Fan + Heatsinkn + CPU

Is this information correct?

example OPN's

OSA240CEP5AU = Tray
OSA240AUWOF = WOF
OSA240AUBOX = BOX

Well after 5 emails to AMD technical support, 2 phone calls to AMD Processor technical support, three phone calls to AMD resellers I finally got a straight answer. WOF Opteron processors are PIB cpu only.

Remember customer support is every companies number one priority lol.
