tray launching program

what are some good tray programs that lets me add custom shortcuts to programs or folder and have it launch from the system tray? I'm recently using trayIcon Menu but it's unstable and it's slow. preferably it's free but I'm looking more for stability, speed, and feature-packed (although not very important as long as I get to add my own program shortcuts).

Under Win98/SE/ME/2K, you can right click on the Quick Launch Toolbar in the start menu (the one with IE and the desktop), to Toolbars and select New Toolbar. That way you can create and add all the shortcuts that you want without having to use a third party program.

If you like Tray programs, you should have a look at Tray Saver. It doesn't do what you want, but I thought you might be interested.

thanks andy but I don't want to clog up my taskbar with individual icons. I would like a program that takes up a single icon in the tray. for example,

but thanks for the site, it has some other really useful programs.

so anybody know of programs like the one in the screenshot?

but that would take too much space...all I would like to have is a program similiar to the one in the screenshot (takes up one measly space in the system tray and would let me launch an unlimited number of other programs just by clicking on that icon in the tray) but only better and more stable..preferably free.
