Travelling to Frankfurt

I'm going to visit Frankfurt this weekend, any suggestions on what to do? As of right now, I'm looking to visit Neuschwanstein Castle (sorta far), a closer castle somewhere, bungie jumping, threatres (I have no idea which)... and that is it. Any suggestions?

Going there for business? I've only been to Berlin and Munich so I wouldn't know what to do in Frankfurt but beer gardens should be good anywhere. I love how beer is cheaper than water in Germany.
