Traveling to New York City

I am traveling to New York city from Jan 3rd to Jan 10th.

So what i would like to know is:
Does anyone have any tickets to anything in NYC during that time frame or
Can anyone recommend what to do in NYC?

NYC rocks! Make sure you visit a club called Exit -- must experience the club cuz theres no club like it in america.

If you want to blend in with the locals....go to the Met on 5th, in the afternoon.

You can walk to dinner from there to Carino Ristorante Italiano - 1710 2nd Ave. between 88th & 89th.
