Traveling to New Hampshire

Hey, I am traveling to New Hampshire, the Dover/Portsmith area, next weekend, and I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas of what to do out there?? I know it will be cold, but are there good museums or historic places. Also if you know any good, moderatly priced, places to eat?

thanks

The Old Man fell a year or more ago... niot much to see now.

In Portsmouth, check out Strawberry Ridge- it's a village of museums.

If you're visiting the Strawberry banke area, then you'll be right in downtown Portsmouth. There's a lot of little shops and pubs in that downtown area in walking distance you can check out. Most of the smaller pubs have good food at decent prices.

If you're in christmas shopping mode, take rt1 across the bridge and there's a huge outlet mall right there on the left in Kittery Maine. Everything from Revere Weare to Lands End.

awesome, I will def have to try some skiing or tubing,

and i will also try the outlet malls, thanks guys
