Travel through space

The whole Bill Gates thing recently had me thinking..would us commoners ever get to travel through space within our lifetime much like a privileged flight in a Concorde?

It depends on how old you are. I think that it is definitely a possibility with all of the private investment in the industry by the founders of Amazon, Virgin, etc. It will probably cost a lot of money, and the beginning stages will only let you be in space for a few minutes, but it is feasible, IMO.
