I've read on alot of the Anandtech benchmarks that they set their memory timings for memory to Tras 10, due to results determined in a previous article. Can someone link me to the article that found this timing to be successful?

I woud like to know where or not I should set my 2-2-2-5 corsair xms pro to 2-2-2-10
I've already set it to 1T timing instead of 2T, but should my tras be the default 5, or 10? And why?
