Transparent Transfer paper?

QueBert

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as Transparent Transfer paper? I designed a logo for shirts where I work. It looks horrible when we printed it out and ironed it on. Showed white (looked like a sticker) the logo isn't a "shape" and had writing, so to cut it by hand would be a royal b*tch. My boss isn't serious enough to shell out 10 bucks to Kinkos to make them for him. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

thanks

iirc I think they make paper like that. (Check your Staples/OMAX/Depot) I believe they had some when I worked at Staples, don't know about now though

Regardless of if its transparent or not, it's not going to look transparent unless you have it on white t-shirts. You can see where the transparency is on any other color, except maybe grey.

the shirts are going to be white, I checked Staples and Office Depot and they looked at me crazy. One girl wasn't even sure what transparent was (I told her) she said white was just as good, and I told her it wasn't for what we needed ha.
I didn't think about transparent not looking transparent on any color but white, weird...

my boss should just shell out a few bucks and get silk screened shirts. Iron-On's are so ghetto 🙂
