When did AAA started to work for Crysis?

Wasn't adaptive AA always working in Crysis?

Who else can confirm this?

AFAIK when Crysis came out neither AAA/TRAA worked. ATI has had AAA working in Crysis for at least a few driver releases.

I believe that was with the 8.12 drivers with my 3870 and AAA works.

When did AAA started to work for Crysis? Is that DX9 or 10?
It's worked fine for a while now, but only with DX9.

I wonder if he would've taken the same sort of hit with a CPU like yours? Maybe he was just CPU limited at 45-50FPS.
I'm sure it would help a little, but not much. Here's a screenshot of the my CPU usage with noAA 16xAF @ 1280x1024.

As you can see most of the CPU usage is only on the last core.
