Transmitting video signals (VGA, etc.) over fiber

I have about 30 machines that I would like to distribute their video signals for presentation purposes. Given the nature of the situation, I cannot possibly move all the machines and the rooms are apart be 100 feet or more. I've heard of converters that will take the analong signal, pass them over fiber, and then convert the signals back to analog. But who makes them? Better yet, who sells them?
