Translate dutch software to english

Is there a program out there that will translate software that is not english, its dutch, to english?

The babelfish will translate text either way between English and Dutch, as well as many other languages. The translations are extremely literal so you'll have to do a considerable amount of editing to make complete sense of the translation.

The site deals with text. I don't know what else you want translated in a program, as you requested.

I want a whole entire dutch program or software translated into the same dutch program but instead with english.

Well if you can get the source code, you can theoretically dump that into babelfish, and then recompile it.

Well if you can get the source code, you can theoretically dump that into babelfish, and then recompile it.
