No, that would be "Lo siento para esta noche" or something to that effect; it would have to be "lo siento" though. "Lo sientes" is the tu conjugation of sentir, so if anything it would be asking "Are you sorry..." But since sentir literally means "to feel," it's probably more accurate to assume that it is supposed to be "Do you feel it tonight?"
But it's been a few years since I took Spanish, so that could be way off. Is there any way you could respond to the text in Swahili? That way, both of you will have fun trying to overcome a language gap.
