Transformers

The movie was great.

I saw some trailers for Transformers the game and it looks fantastic. It follows the movie but shows more of the aspects that the movie didn't show.

Anyone looking forward to the game?

Rule of thumb:

Generally games make poor movies and movies make poor games. Although there are a few exceptions.

The only game I can think of is The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape of Butcher Bay.

The PC version was a Target exclusive. Not that it's worth getting, but the PC version was only $19.99 last week.

bargain bin in a few more weeks? 😀

Exactly. I'm hoping for it. I also read the reviews.

But generally I want to play it for the extra storyline more so than for the gameplay. I want to see how Bumblebee came to be on Earth.

You're not going to get that. Not on the PC version anyway. I have it. Played both sides to the end. Nothing satisfying except kicking Bumblebee's ass all over the city (Played the game before I saw the movie). I hated BB from the original show.

Having gone to see the movie I sort of regret turning Bumblebee into a rusting piece of scrap metal...just for a little bit.

Bumblebee wasn't my favorite transformer, but the movie portrayed him well.

He was the main transformer character.
