Transferring Win10 image into Parrallels for OSX

I'd like to make the jump to OSX and I need Windows. I'd like to run parallels.

Is it possible to take an image of my current PC laptop and run with this inside parallels?

Any quick steps and/or tips? Like the best software to use to create the image and bring it into Parrallels.

On PC, I currently use EaseUS todo backup for Workstations, which creates a hardware independent system image.

Might help. However, you'll still need to deal with licensing.

Ok, that's great. Yep, likely will need to pickup a new license for at least Windows and maybe some programs I run within it.
