Transferring only the files on my Winamp playlist

My Music folder is a mess. Over time I've been deleting stuff off my Winamp playlist, but not off the hard disk.

I want a program that takes my playlist and moves the physical files to another folder.

I've done this before, I know it's possible, but I cannot remember how.

in foobar i can just drag and drop the list of files in the playlist to another folder and it copies them. another reason im glad im using it now.
