Transferring address book from WinOutlook to XanThunderbird

So I bought an Asus eee 4G for my road machine and I need to take the Outlook address book off of my Windows XP desktop and clone it into the Linux Thunderbird in the Asus.

Unfortunately, I've no idea how to do it! Copy the Win version to a flash drive and load into the Linux Thunderbird? But how???

Thanks for any suggestions.
