Transfering email addresses?

im not sure where this should go, but i used to have an email address with att dialup, but we just got dsl, so my email is going to have to change. is there a easy way to, i guess you could say "transfer" all my information from my att to my new one? its mostly passwords/logins to forums and such
 
What email program?

If it's outlook express just change the email name/account info in your account profile.
 
doesn't your new provider offer some sort of service that imports your contacts over and email them that you have a new email addie ?

why not tell us who the provider is..
and we'll let you knwo if there is feature to send out mass email with your new accnt
