Transfering a steam account

Bend over and bite down on something. According to the Steam TOS, you can't. Any accounts they catch being sold they're locking.

That said, you could fence it here and only give the name in PM to the buyer. 🙂

Just give the buyer a username and password to the account. They log in, change the password, and there ya go, its all theirs.
