Transfer W2K server user/pass list to other server?

The title basically says it all. i am transferring dial-up routing to another server, and want to be able to transfer all the users and their passwords to the new server. possible? thanks in advance for the help, experts on anandtech are such incredible resources.

bump-cmon, somebody has to know something about this, or at least enough to tell me it cant be done.
