transfer of itunes backup to sgs4 without old iphone

Hi there, I ordered a sgs4 last week and before I had a chance to transfer everything to my new phone I dropped my old phone - an iphone 4 in a puddle. I was just wondering whether there is a way to get the data that was synced in itunes onto my sgs4 and how to get my old apps back? Any help would be very much appreciated. Barbaloot.

Your apps were only compatible with iOS, there's no way to transfer them to your new Android device.

Did you back up your iPhone with iCloud? You can go to iCloud.com to download your contacts at the least.

What kind of data?

You may be able to use something like iExplorer to look at your iTunes backup and export anything you may want.

Did you turn off iMessage? This is seriously the most important thing to do.
