transfer MP3s without iTunes

I recently migrated from Android to Iphone6s and would like to know if there are alternatives to use to copy MP3s from my Windows PC to Iphone that isn't iTunes. On my Android phone I can just mount the phone and copy files but it seems I can't do that on the iPhone except pictures.

Any recommended programs on a PC to copy MP3s over to the iPhone that isn't iTunes syncing?
 
I don't think so. I also feel your pain. A friend recorded some piano accompaniment and google drived it to me. Turns outs its pretty much impossible to get anything except pictures out of the drive app and into music without a PC. Potentially you might be able to go through icloud drive.
 
Mediamonkey Free works. basically like iTunes though. You can try ifun-Box. Sometimes works if it's a slightly older version of IOS. They're are plenty of pay options that are supposed to work great too.
