Transfer iphone from iTunes old acct to new acct

sportage

Lifer
We have two iPhones. Mine has its own iTunes acct and the other iPhone has its own iTunes acct. I buy a lot of iTunes store stuff like movies, music, apps. The other iphone user doesnt. They are alwyas asking me "where did you get that game? or Can I watch that movie on my phone?". So I thought, if there is a way, to deregister their iPhone from their PC and their iTunes acct, and set it us as a new device or additional device on my iTunes acct. Then we could share my purchases.
But Im not sure how to close it off their itunes/store acct and add it to mine with iTunes not complaining "this phone is already registered under another acct".
Anyone know how to do this?
I guess it would be like buying a used iPhone and setting it up on your acct, maybe?

You'd probably have to do a factory restore. And any purchases they made (iTunes music that's not DRM-free, and movies, and apps) will be made null unless you own them too.
