Transfer Access database into postgresql

I used to use pgadmin2 to move database tables from an Access mdb file to Postgresql on a linux server. But the server was recently upgraded and pgadmin2 does not work with the newest version of Postgresql. There is not a similar function in pgadmin 3 as far as I can tell.

Google searches haven't been successful yet, they point back to how to do it with pgadmin2.
